On April 2, 2021, at 1:52 PM, deputies were attempting to locate a suspect in the 1100 block of Cree Drive. 

Deputies identified the suspect, who was wanted on a felony warrant, inside a home. The suspect did not comply with deputies but instead, barricaded inside the home. 

The Tactical Support Unit arrived on scene to attempt to gain compliance from the suspect. 

At approximately 6:46 PM, the suspect surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.

The suspect has been identified as Cindi Habberfield, DOB: 08/03/74. She has been booked into the El Paso County Jail on the charges of:

Felony Menacing Real/Simulated Weapon (x2),
Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment.
