On Tuesday, June 12, 2018, Steven D'Agostino, DOB: 06-13-83, a Deputy Sheriff with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office was booked into the Criminal Justice Center Jail. 

He is facing several Felony charges to include one count of Introducing Contraband in the First Degree which is a Felony 4, one count of Unlawful Possession of a Schedule II with Intent to Distribute which is a Felony 3 and one count of Official Misconduct which is a Misdemeanor 2.

D'Agostino has been employed with the Sheriff's Office since March 20, 2013, and was assigned to Floor Security at the Criminal Justice Center Jail.  He has been placed on Administrative Leave without pay, pending termination.

A mug shot will be released once the booking process is complete.
