There has been some confusion regarding the Oath of Office events scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2015.  Here is the correct information:

On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at 8:30 AM, all Elected Officials including Sheriff Bill Elder will be sworn in at the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) meeting at Centennial Hall. 

At 10:30 AM, Sheriff Elder will take the Oath of Office in front of all Sheriff’s Office personnel and guests.  He will then administer the Oath of Office to all sworn members of the Sheriff’s Office.  This will take place at The Pikes Peak Center. 

This event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
