Members of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado Springs Police Department and Manitou Springs Police Department will be conducting a high visibility, joint saturation detail in the west Colorado Avenue area from Monday, April 20, 2015 - Friday, April 24, 2015.

Resources from these three agencies will address complaints common to the area, which have historically impacted patronage to businesses and tourism in the westside. Deployment strategies will include low tolerance enforcement of traffic and criminal violations, to include pedestrian and aggressive solicitation concerns, narcotics violations, disturbances and public intoxication as well as community outreach and education.
