Male Found Deceased in Springs Mobile Home Structure Fire

On December 12, 2018, at approximately 9:05 pm, a structure fire was reported at a residence in the Springs Mobile Home Community, located in the 1000 block of Western Dr. Fire personnel responded and, after extinguishing the fire, discovered a deceased male inside the residence. 

The identity of the male will not be released until positive identification has been made by the Coroner’s Office.

An Investigator with the Colorado Springs Fire Department responded and assumed responsibility for the investigation into the cause of the fire.  Information related to the investigation will be released by the Colorado Springs Fire Department.
