On Friday, January 29, 2016, at approximately 12:21 PM, the Sheriff’s Office became aware of a male suspect impersonating a police officer pulling people over in the town of Rush which is located in the eastern portion of El Paso County.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, driving a 2000 model green jeep Cherokee with a red bubble on the top of the vehicle.
