Sheriff's Office Arrests Suspect for Arson in Structure Fire

On June 21, 2020, at approximately 7:21 PM, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received a report of a Structure Fire in the 100 block of Security Boulevard.

Deputies arrived on scene and escorted people out of the homes and area of the fire.  

It was later determined after review of video surveillance a male party who portrayed himself as a witness was a suspect in this Arson which damaged two homes.  

The suspect has been identified as Tre Montez Williams, DOB: 04/22/1992, who was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail on the following charges: 

First Degree Arson,
Criminal Mischief $20K to Less Than $100K,
Criminal Mischief $5K to Less Than $20K, and
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
