On Thursday, August 10, 2017, Selma Oliva Halls was released from the Criminal Justice Center Jail, by a judge on the condition she enter an in-patient rehab facility.  The court order stipulated she was only to be released to an individual by the name of John Bough.  Selma was released to Mr. Bough on August 10, 2017, at 7:14 AM.  She never checked into the rehab facility.

Selma is described as a 23 year old White female, 5’3”, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen leaving the jail with Mr. Bough.  There is a concern for her safety and wellbeing.
