On May 3, 2016, the Sheriff's Office received a call regarding a fraud occurring at the 7200 block of Baker Road, in El Paso County, Colorado.

The victim stated that she just recently discovered that her checking account with ANB Bank had been compromised and her check book for that account was missing.  Approximately $6,200 has been written in checks from her account since 03/19/16. 

Credit cards were also stolen from the victim and used at multiple Walgreen's stores across El Paso County.  The charges exceed $2,700.

The suspect is described as a while male in his mid 20's, with short light brown hair and a short beard.  He has documentation identifying himself as Steven Witherspoon.
