Effective September 1, 2015, the Sheriff's Office will no longer take walk-ins for those registering as a Sex Offender, but will be scheduling appointments.  Appointments can be made by calling 719-520-7333 or emailing Dawn Pearson at [email protected].  Once an appointment is set, reminder calls will not be made.

Failure to report or the submitting of false information may subject a Sex Offender to charges of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  The law also requires that every time a Sex Offender moves, they have five (5) business days from the date of their move to register with the law enforcement agency in the community to which they have moved.
