Sheriff's Office Investigates Shooting on Longhorn Point

On August 23, 2020, at approximately 1:41 AM, deputies were dispatched to a shooting at a property in the 20000 block of Longhorn Point, located in unincorporated El Paso County, Colorado.

At approximately 1:57 AM, deputies along with members of the Fountain Police Department responded to the area, located three gunshot victims, and immediately rendered aid. The adult victims were transported to a local hospital. Subsequent information revealed three additional adult victims had self-transported to a hospital in Pueblo.

Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this shooting.  

No suspects are in custody at this time. There is no information known at this time which leads investigators to believe there is a danger to the general public.
