Local law enforcement authorities are seeking the public's assistance with a contractor fraud investigation. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and the Colorado Springs Police Department are conducting a joint investigation into the practices of Innovative Roofing and Construction, owned by Jeff Masias.

As reported earlier, Masias is currently wanted on one count of felony theft; however, additional charges may be added as numerous additional victims have been identified.
