Sheriff's Office Looking for Information in Robbery Case
On Sunday, February 12, 2017, at approximately 10:08 PM, the Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center received a 911 call from an employee of the Subway located at 1735 B Street. She advised at approximately 10:06 PM, two males entered the business from the front doors, located on the west side of building, wearing masks and black hats. She advised one suspect was described as a white male and the other a black male holding a black pistol.
The employee stated the suspects had taken an unknown amount of cash from the register and departed out the south entrance doors to the building. She did not see which direction they had gone and advised the other co-worker was working in the back of the business at the time of the incident, and was unaware of the robbery.
Deputies responded to the scene and were unable to locate the suspects.
The employee believes the suspects may have come into the business earlier in the evening and asked if she was alone.
