The El Paso Sheriff's Office is looking for Elizabeth Merideth Murphy, DOB: 4/28/65, who has kidnapped her daughter, Megan Mulock DOB: 1/7/00, is 5'02" and weighs approximately 100lbs.  Megan has brown hair and blue eyes.

Megan was last seen on July 7, 2015, in Centennial, Colorado when her mom, Elizabeth Murphy picked her up from a friend's home.   They have not been seen or heard from since.  Ms. Murphy has no custodial rights as it relates to Megan.  Additionally, Ms. Murphy has two felony warrants out for her arrest including Kidnapping and Violation of a Custody Order.
