On Sunday, May 29, 2016, deputies responded to the Knights Inn located at 2850 S. Circle Drive in reference to an armed robbery.

Video shows a lone male entering the lobby and waiting at the front desk for the clerk to get off the phone.  He points a firearm at the clerk and demands money, then walks around and enters the office area.  He takes an  undetermined amount of money, and leaves on foot toward Hotel Elegante.

The suspect is described as a White male who is 5'2"-5'5" tall with a thin build.  He was wearing a camouflage baseball cap, a dark colored windbreaker type jacket, camouflage, military style pants and sneakers.  He was carrying a medium sized duffle bag with a shoulder strap.
