On Sunday, November 6, 2016, at approximately 5:00 PM, the Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center received several calls regarding a vehicle on fire possibly related to a domestic violence situation in the 1300 block of Forest Road in the Stratmoor Hills area.
When Deputies and Fire personnel arrived on scene they found a vehicle on fire and two females with burn injuries. The two females were transported to a local hospital for treatment and both are in stable condition.
The suspect Consepcion Rascon Jr. DOB: 12/19/79 is still at large. An Arrest Warrant has been issued for two counts of Attempted First Degree Murder, two counts of Second Degree Arson, Child Abuse and Domestic Violence.
Our investigation has revealed Rascon used a cell phone to call a relative and we were able to track it back to the residence of Tonya Harrison, DOB: 02/04/78. An Arrest Warrant was issued for Harrison and she has been booked into the Criminal Justice Center on the charge of Accessory to Attempted Murder.

It is a criminal offense to assist someone who has committed a crime and according to Colorado Revised Statute 18-8-105 a person assisting Rascon could be charged with Accessory to Attempted Murder (F4).
