The Sheriff's Office is asking for help with the disappearance of Carlos Rivera-Dejesus, DOB 12/13/70.  He is a 44 year old Hispanic male from Puerto Rico.  He has extremely limited English skills and could be suffering from health issues.  Mr. Rivera-Dejesus has a wife and three children.

He disappeared on June 19, 2015, from the Widefield area and has not been seen or heard from since.
