On April 23 and 24, 2015, a victim's ENT credit card was fraudulently used at various stores in Colorado Springs, Monument, Castle Rock and Parker. It is unknown how the card was compromised.
The Colorado Springs stores were two separate Walgreens, an Albertsons and a Staples store. The card was also used at the Kohls in Monument, a Walgreens and McDonalds in Castle Rock, and the Staples store in Parker, with a total of $1,127.21 in fraudulent charges.
