On November 3, 2018, at approximately 9:14 AM, deputies were dispatched to the 4600 Blk of S. Academy Blvd in reference to a Suspicious Incident.

Upon arriving on scene, deputies located skeletal remains in a rock bed.  A cell phone, gym bag, and a hoodie jacket were located in proximity to the remains. 

The victim has been identified as James L. Suggs, DOB: 05/11/63.  At this time, there is no indication of trauma or foul play.

The cause and manner of death will be determined by the Coroner’s Office once they have received all the information to make a ruling.
