On December 12, 2018, at approximately 9:42 am, deputies were dispatched to a remote area near Balanced Rock Road and Forest Service Road 322, in reference to a suspicious incident. 

On December 5, 2018, at approximately 1:45 PM, deputies were dispatched to the Walmart located at 11550 Meridian Market View, in unincorporated El Paso County for a report of a stranger Kidnapping and Sexual Assault.

On Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at approximately 1:45 PM, the Sheriff’s Office received information from Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) that suspect Johnathan Samuel Young, DOB: 080662, had removed his child out of a hospital in Texas against medical advice.

On December 5, 2018, at approximately 2:15 AM, a deputy working in the area of Peterson Road and Panamint Court observed a pickup truck driving around the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel and the Econo Lodge parking lots.

On Saturday, December 1, 2018, at approximately 9:55 PM, Deputies were dispatched to a report of a shooting at an address in the 3600 Block of Saguaro Circle.

On Friday, November 30, 2018, at approximately 6:18 AM, Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 2800 Block of S.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a Burglary that occurred in the 500 block of Holly Drive, in unincorporated El Paso County.

On November 28, 2018, at approximately 3:06 AM, deputies observed a vehicle driving erratically and weaving.  Deputies believed the subject could be under the influence and a traffic stop was initiated in the area of South Academy Boulevard and Bradley Road, resulting in a pursuit.

The Sheriff's Office has received a report of another phone scam.
