On March 24, 2016, at approximately 11:30 AM, Joseph Franklin, DOB: 7/2/99 (16yrs) left his residence in the 500 block of Rose Drive after an argument with his parents.  His current location is unknown but he is known to frequent the area of Main Street, Security Boulevard and Highway 85/87.  H

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Rosella K. Scott, DOB: 11/01/98.  Rosella was reported missing on March 17, 2016, and was last seen at  Mitchell High School around 8:30 AM on Wednesday, March 16, 2016.  She is known to possibly frequent the Citadel Mall area.
