In May, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with regional Public Safety partners launched a Targeted Traffic Enforcement Initiative across El Paso County.  This initiative was in response to the number of traffic fatalities in the last two years.  

On July 1, 2019, at approximately 2:25 AM, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious activity behind Wagner Equipment Company located in the 900 Block of Meadowbrook Parkway.  

On July 1, 2019, at approximately 7:35 AM, deputies were dispatched to the 2200 block of Cortez Drive reference a stolen trailer. Once on scene, deputies contacted two individuals inside a truck that was pulling the trailer, which was attempting to leave the driveway.
