On October 31, 2025, at approximately 2:54 p.m., the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Regional Communications Center received a call requesting a medical response to a residence in the 4000 block of Loomis Avenue, located in unincorporated El Paso County. When medical personnel from the Stratmoor Hills Fire Department arrived, they located a deceased adult female and believed the death
